Zero-K is a free, open-source real-time strategy game. The game is created by a group of developers. It is based on the concept of the Total Annihilation strategy game. However, it has a much different gameplay and a different style.

The main game is played online in either a team-based or single player format. In a multiplayer, you try to conquer a galaxy of planets to gain control and influence. When you win, you earn gold, which can be used to buy technologies and units. You can join clans or create your own.
